How do I book the main hall for my next event?

You can book by emailing us directly or by filling out our online form. We suggest reaching out at least one month before your preferred date to make sure the hall is free for your special event or meet-up.

What kind of events can I host at the club?

Our hall is perfect for fitness classes, community gatherings, social meetings, and private celebrations like weddings or birthday parties. We welcome all local activities.

Is there a place for my guests to park cars?

Yes, we offer plenty of free on-site parking at 4041 Colebrook Rd for all our club members and any guests attending your event.

Does the club provide food or catering?

We provide the hall rental itself, giving you the freedom to bring your own caterer. You are also welcome to use our kitchen facilities as outlined in your specific rental agreement for the day. Food and bar can be provided upon request.
